Questions

We agree a wholesale rate per widget per month based on your expected volume. Higher volume means a better rate. There's no public price list — contact us and we'll put a proposal together based on your situation.
Only if you want them to. You can use your own brand name throughout the widget and dashboard. The "Powered by" footer text is configurable — you can remove it entirely on agency plans.
Yes. Each customer gets their own login at dashboard.mi-connect.co.uk where they can edit their widget configuration, view call history, and access their install snippet. They only see their own widget — not your other customers or your wholesale pricing.
Monthly via Stripe. We charge per active widget — defined as a widget that received at least one callback request in the last 30 days. Test widgets and inactive installations don't count. A setup fee applies when each widget is first created.
You deactivate the widget in your dashboard and the monthly charge stops immediately. We don't bill for the remainder of any period. The customer's data is retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request otherwise.
Yes — agency accounts have a minimum monthly spend agreed at setup. This is typically equivalent to 5 active widgets. It ensures the arrangement is commercial for both sides and gives you an incentive to get your first few customers live quickly.
